New Album: 3rdegree - “Fast Forward”


3rdegree’s Official Album Release Party isn’t until Thursday, May 21 but he released it on April 30 so we can memorize the lyrics before the show. Also on the bill that night are Black Magic Noize, Bryce Bowden & Prospect, Imprints, and a few Filthy Fingers United members. My favorite song from “Fast Forward” so far is “Alley Kidz” featuring Onry Ozzborn. - Liz

Seattle will definitely be seeing more of Portland’s Neka & Kahlo in the near future. These ladies have been steadily rising over the last few years and show no signs of slowing. This month they are “releasing their latest EP, Fridays in May, via slow drip…” one song per Friday in May on We Out Here Magazine. Able Fader has been making his mark on Seattle since 1990 when he first discovered graffiti at the age of fourteen. He continues to unite our city with his art today with this first track from his upcoming album “Doo Hop” featuring Specs Wizard, Tulsi, and Suntonio Bandanaz. New Video: Black Magic Noize - “Spark The La”

Black Magic Noize dropped a new video for their Odo-produced track, “Spark The La” today to promote the release of their compilation of 4/20 themed tracks, “The Stash.” For the last five years, BMN have released 4/20 projects and have gathered together some of their favorite songs to showcase their progress as a group. Their Album Release Party is TONIGHT at Vera Project ($10 at the door) with Karma Knows, Diogenes, Imprints, Bi$hop, Scotty Bahama, Seany Cee, and The Introverts.
